Image Overlay Module

The SPOT Live Image Overlay Module provides the microscopist with the ability to capture an image in one illumination mode and then to use it as a mapping guide in another illumination mode. The user can now locate features of interest in live mode that would otherwise be invisible. Convenient controls allow capture, selection and control of overlay images.

• Choose up to five image overlays
• Control of the color of each overlay palette
• Control of the histogram thresholds for visibility for each overlay
• Control of the opacity of each overlay
• Toggle ON/OFF the viewing of each overlay on a live image stream
• Automatic addition of overlay layers to captured images
• Toggle ON/OFF the viewing of each overlay on a captured image
• Merge of overlay layers into the captured image bitmap
